It involves continual inspection, machine maintenance and quality testing during the manufacturing process, stringent quality control procedures of incoming raw materials right through to delivery of the finished product. Daily quality checks in which each and every product batch is checked.
All steel items must have a minimum safety factor against steel failure. All JBS products are ISO9001:2008 certified.
